Do you think your child is ready for potty training?
Potty Training in 3 Days
Believe it or not, potty training can be done quickly with some intensive effort.
Summer is the best time to potty train your child when he or she is ready. With warm weather, your child can just wear an underwear or go naked.
There are numerous books, videos and resources out there around potty training. I highly recommend watching the Potty Training in 3 Days video by babycenter.com, a website that offers advices anywhere from getting pregnant to development inquiries on preschoolers. On a nutshell, it describes how potty training can get done in three days to a week.
At daycare, we always encourage the children to sit on the potty. The teachers communicate with parents your child’s level of readiness and interest. Feel free to bring underwears/pants and change of clothes for your child to daycare, once he or she makes progress at home with showing consistency in peeing on the potty and staying dry. This process can both be exhausting and exciting. We’ll work together as partners to help your child get potty trained by maintaining open communication and being consistent at home and at daycare.
